Forged wheels
This is the top class in motorsport wheels. A solid billet of aerospace-grade aluminium is forged under huge pressure and high temperature, densifying the material for exceptional strength and impact resistance. That makes slim, open designs possible without losing stiffness. Forged wheels are far lighter than cast wheels, cutting unsprung mass for better acceleration, shorter braking distances and more precise steering.
Important: Forged also appears as Fully Forged, Monoblock Forged, CNC Forged or 6061-T6 Forged – all mean a wheel made from solid forged aluminium.

Prestige and uncompromising design
Forging creates slim, unique patterns other methods cannot. A high-end product designed for Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Porsche.

Potwierdzona badaniami nośność konstrukcji. W zależności od rozmiaru może sięgać nawet 850 kg na koło, także w SUV-ach i autach elektrycznych.
- IATF 16949 to najbardziej wymagający światowy standard zarządzania jakością w branży motoryzacyjnej. Produkcja zgodna z tą normą oznacza ścisłą kontrolę procesów, pełną identyfikowalność partii oraz rygorystyczne procedury jakościowe stosowane również przez producentów OEM. Dla klienta to pewność powtarzalnej jakości i najwyższych standardów produkcyjnych.
- JWL (Japan Light Alloy Wheel) to obowiązkowy japoński standard dla felg aluminiowych, potwierdzający zgodność z rygorystycznymi testami wytrzymałościowymi, zmęczeniowymi i udarowymi. Oznaczenie JWL na feldze oznacza, że produkt spełnia wymagania techniczne japońskiego rynku i został zaprojektowany z myślą o intensywnej eksploatacji oraz wysokich obciążeniach dynamicznych.
- Vehicle Inspection Association (VIA) to niezależna japońska organizacja testująca komponenty motoryzacyjne. Oznaczenie VIA potwierdza, że felga została realnie przebadana w zewnętrznym laboratorium i spełnia rygorystyczne normy wytrzymałościowe. W przeciwieństwie do deklaratywnego JWL, VIA oznacza fizyczne testy i niezależną weryfikację jakości.
- Każda felga posiada określoną i przetestowaną nośność, potwierdzoną badaniami wytrzymałościowymi. W zależności od rozmiaru może ona sięgać nawet 850 kg na koło, co pozwala na bezpieczne zastosowanie w cięższych SUV-ach i pojazdach elektrycznych. Certyfikowana nośność to realne bezpieczeństwo przy wysokich obciążeniach i dynamicznej jeździe.
Tyre pressure monitoring system
TPMS system
Modern alloy wheels are fully prepared for tyre-pressure monitoring (TPMS). The rim has a valve seat for a safe, sealed fit of rubber- and metal-stem sensors, so you can move OEM sensors from the previous wheel set or fit new programmable universal sensors such as CUB TPMS.
A precisely machined mounting hole and the right material thickness at the valve keep the sensor stable at high speed and under heavy load. That matters on higher-powered cars, where accurate readings, no error messages and safe driving are essential.
Why it matters
Full compatibility with OEM and universal sensors
The wheels work with factory TPMS systems used by most European and Asian brands, including original OEM sensors and programmable replacements such as CUB TPMS.
Safe, sealed fitment
A correctly shaped valve seat lets the seal sit properly and reduces the risk of pressure loss. A stable sensor mount cuts vibration and protects the unit.
Ready for current automotive standards
TPMS is mandatory on new cars registered in the EU. Wheels prepared for pressure sensors keep the set compliant and avoid system errors after fitting.
H2 tyre mounting profile
The wheel uses an H2 (double hump) mounting profile for better tyre security on the rim. Two shaped safety humps help stop the tyre coming off in a sudden pressure loss or during hard cornering.
H2 (Double Hump) meets ETRTO* standards and gives modern tyres the seating stability they need. It is the technical minimum for Run Flat tyres, keeping a seal and safe everyday use.
Important technical note: H2 is compatible with Run Flat, but check the tyre maker’s guidance before fitting. For some brands (including specific OE homologations), EH2 or EH2+ rims may be recommended to use the tyre’s emergency mode fully. Run Flat tyres on H2 wheels also require a working TPMS system.
* ETRTO (European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation) sets tyre and rim dimensions so they fit, mount and operate safely together.

The floating emblem draws the eye and underlines the car’s prestige, while a precision bearing mechanism keeps it smooth and durable. The caps are weather-resistant and Plug & Play, so they replace standard centre caps quickly.
Wheel Installation Kit
The installation kit includes four alloy-wheel valves and hub-centric rings. Everything is selected for the vehicle and the new wheels.
* Centering rings, bolts and nuts are added only when required for a correct fit and when the vehicle’s OEM kit does not match the wheels.
